4. Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds

(i)

Where an amendment is allowed an administration fee of €25 (£18) will be charged on each occasion that the booking is amended in addition to any change in the original booking charge. This fee will apply to any change in the date, time, accommodation and vehicle type.

(ii)

Where, under the terms of an offer, a cancellation is allowed the following conditions apply:

Up to 70 days before travel - full refund less a €25 (£18) cancellation fee

From 69-31 days before travel - 75% of the fare is refundable less the cancellation fee.

For 30 days or less before travel - no refund is available.

(iii)

In no circumstance can we make a refund in respect of

(a)	cancellations made on or after the intended departure date:
(b)	amendments made within 24 hours of the booked sailing:
(c)	lost or stolen tickets. However, on proof of purchase, we will supply replacement tickets.
(d)	travel, at your request, on a lower-priced sailing to that actually paid for.

(iv)

If a cancellation is caused by, or a sailing is missed due to events beyond your control, namely unusual and unforeseeable circumstances which you could not control and the consequences of which you could not have avoided even if you had taken all due care, we will provide a refund but will deduct a cancellation charge of €25 (£18).
